The fight with Loic should not give you much trouble, especially if you are at Level 15. He'll run off, giving you time to loot the area around you, but he'll be back soon with allies. Keep going to find Loic, who will express irritation that you're all good and healthy again. Continue forward and you'll find a Star Stone, which will fully heal you, including the Rot. Then, throw the fourth lever, and the door will open. The left lever should be pointed right, the center lever should be pointed right, and the right lever should be straight. The symbols demonstrate how the levers in the center room should be arranged. You can be a little under or over, if you don't have items that are exactly half-pound or full-pound increments. The east button requires 2 pounds of weight. Click-drag any empty vase and place it on the button: the button needs 5 pounds of weight, and the vases weigh exactly 5 pounds. There are many vases, broken and whole, near the button. The south button is the easiest to deal with. This is where your logs and other disposable items will come in handy. Your only hints about the buttons are their sizes bigger buttons need more weight. If it's activated, not only will it audibly click, but you'll see *Click* appear above the button. Each button is balanced with a particular weight: putting too much or too little onto any button will deactivate it. The room after the Rot room is your first puzzle room, and it contains four buttons. Note that there is only a single battle in this area, and you are guaranteed to be fully healed before you have to deal with it, so it's not vital to keep your health up. However, if a character's hit points do run low, you can always cast spells or drink potions to recover it. It can't be cured, but its damage rate is slow enough that you shouldn't have any problems. Rot will take away 1 hit point from each party member every few seconds. The second room forces you to contract Rot the door beyond will automatically open, but only after your party is infected and comments on it. The first room is empty aside from a statue that tells you what's going on. The cave is intentionally linear these trials are to be taken in a specific order. It's in the northwest corner of the desert area, just north of the lone spider egg. Once you're ready to proceed, teleport to either the Sivlerglen or Goblin Village Waypoint Portal the entrance to the Immaculates' Trial Cave is about equidistant from both.
